The Intel Core 5-120U is a mid-range laptop processor launched in January 2024. It’s built on Intel’s Raptor Lake-U Refresh architecture and manufactured using a 10nm process. The CPU combines 2 high-performance P-cores with 8 energy-efficient E-cores, supporting a total of 12 threads thanks to hyper-threading on the P-cores. It operates at a base frequency of 1.4 GHz and can boost up to 5 GHz. The L3 cache size is 12MB. As expected for a mid-ranger the TDP is 15W. Graphics are handled by integrated Intel Iris Xe.
