The AMD Ryzen 7 5800H is a high-end processor. It’s typically used in gaming and other high-performance laptop categories. The eight-core 45-Watt Ryzen 7 5800H belongs to the top-tier Ryzen H series. It isn’t as power-efficient as its Ryzen 7 5800U counterpart from the mainstream Ryzen U lineup. On the positive side, the 5800H delivers extra computing power for critically heavy tasks such as hard-core gaming, video editing, or engineering and design applications.
